Every tumbler is handmade to order, not mass-produced, not rushed, not boring.

• Lava & Cat Eye Tumblers:
  Ship in 2–3 business days (fast because we’re efficient and dramatic)
• Glitter & Dry Glitter Tumblers:
  Ship in 7–10 business days
  Glitter needs time to “degas” and cure properly—good things don’t rush, babe.

  Custom means I design it from scratch, send it to print, wait for it to arrive, and then bring your cup to life. That process takes time — and I refuse to rush magic.

✨ No two cups are exactly alike. Minor variations aren’t flaws—they’re personality.

 

When your cup arrives, don’t panic if it looks a little… calm.

💧 Lava cups: The lava may move slowly at first (especially if it’s been sitting or traveled through cold temps). Just flip your cup a few times to “activate” the flow and let it warm up.

✨ Glitter cups: Glitter may settle or separate during shipping. Totally normal. Give it a good shake and watch it come back to life.

Your cup just needs a little wake-up moment after its journey. Once it’s moving? She’s feral again. 💁♀️
